I’ve facilitated over 400 hours of events and workshops. Using a variety of human-centered design tools (Buildable Dreams, design thinking, lean startup, effectuation, and more), I create highly interactive spaces for authentic collaboration. I have led collective visioning workshops with rooms full of superintendents, day-long design retreats for school-based teams in a district, Student Dreaming sessions, and more. I find that the best facilitation comes from recognizing what the participants in the room bring to the table, and meeting them where they are at. In designing these experiences, I implement multiple modes of participant agency to best fit the unique context of every engagement. I've also been a guest speaker, panelist, and event emcee.
